MySQL is a database program that if you wanted to run your own server here at EQEmu you would have to have it installed... It Holds all the data that is needed for EQ to be able to work. It, of course can be used for many other things that deal with lots of data, just like microsoft access and SQL server and so on....
Your problem is just what Monrezz said, browser issue. I like to use Opera, I NEVER have browser issues using this program. Might try and check it out at
