Yeah, I am interested in learning all about that too. Hell, EQEMu has sparked my interest in C++ so much, that I picked up (and dusted off) the ole' Sam's Learn C++ in 21 Days book, though the #includes are a bit dated, the rest (so far) seems to still hold true. Also am using a WAAAY in detail book called Who's afraid of C++, which is cool as it TOTALLY teaches the most basic of how bits and bytes are related and accessed, and how C++ affects them, blah blah blah...
