i had read all the topics about this #error,but it doesn't help

i can't connect the eqemu sever,i had edit the eqhost.txt with

[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemu.net:5999"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemu.net:5999"
"eqlogin2.eqemu.net:5999"
}

but,when i chat in the username and password, i show #1001

i'm a chinese player,have eqemu lock the china ip???
