Default The proper way to setup Port Forwarding on a Router...

Thats not common, but possible

This shoud help a bit...

I was running into the same issue and found no help on the forums about this, so i decided to do a little investigating

I spent a little time playing with DMZ host ( http://whatis.techtarget.com/definit...3891%2C00.html ) and netstat and figured out what ports im actually using and need to forward

To run a server you need the following ports forwarded:
-Port: 9000 tcp/udp
-Port: 5999 tcp/udp
-All zone ports i.e.: 7995-7999 tcp/udp, or in other words, whatever ports you have for zones

That should be it, usually dial-up and dsl isp's are picky as far as what is going on in their network, dsl not so much though

Hope this helps a bit

Laterz,
Massa
