Default Fix for mob heading in 0.5.5-DR1

In zone/mob.cpp:

	ns->spawn.heading	= FloatToEQ19(heading);//heading;
Note the change to the last line. Heading should be transmitted in fixed-point form (this is the same fix that I had to make to 0.5.3-DR3).
