Isn't this something that is only between you two? I guess not, since you've made it public. Alright, I'll give my opinion then - If you were a player on that server this might be a valid complaint, but as a GM you're probably expected to do certain things and NOT do other certain things. Were you to do that sort of thing on my server, you would have lost your GM status as well.
If you don't like his rules, start your own server. That's the simple solution to this "problem".
