Post your loginserver.ini, load5zones.bat, and db.ini, and copy-paste the output of your world.exe and zone.exe when you are having this problem...
Do you have a router that might need to be configured to the ports needed? Do you have a firewall? Try plugging in the address 66.150.161.134 into your eqhost.txt (this used to be the IP address of eqloginserver, but might have changed dont know)...
