I noticed that you are using 0.5.3 DR3... Unless you are patched between the dates of Jan 24th ( somewhere around there), and up to but before Feb 10th, then you are getting 1017 because you are trying to run an imcompatible version of the client... If this is the case try setting up a 0.5.5 server...
