Wiz, the whole nerfing thing was just a joke added to the actual message. The message was:
my testimony, that Draclian Signus is more stable that Winter's Roar was for me personally.
Also, if you want to be a prick about it. Winter's Roar is becoming more and more like Like EQlive and Wiz is just like Sony, turning a fun game into a long boring repetitive one.
