The problem is that you have no spawns in your database, or the server your connecting to doesnt have the spawns for those zones. Empty zones has been a problem for a while, but i'm guessing its either extremely difficult or excutiating (is that spelled right?) on how much it takes to get the spawns right.

People have been working on spawns for years and will always be working on them as Sony changes the live servers. All i can say is be patient like the rest of us, or if you could help us out in actually getting to PoTime, and all the other zones you want spawns in, using packet collecter or some ip sniffer program to record them as they spawn, then sending the data to the developers to get a source made for your work. Would help out alot!

As for how you would go about doing that, i personally do not know. I would check out posts about packetcollector and also to see if anyone has their personal source of spawns for those zones
