If just relogging in immediately doesn't fix the problem, try waiting 30 seconds before you log back in. I ran into this once and when I relogged I was still unconcious (OK, so I had low life and was already falling off Kelethin :P). The next time I tried waiting a bit before relogging and I was fine when I logged back in (if a level lower, dang exp penalty! :evil
