Ok the first thing you need to do, if you have done any updates on your database... Reboot your computer, when you boot back up. Shut down your computer properly, leave it off for 5seconds to give your hard drive a cool down, and so your memory can clear. Turn your computer back on, start your world, wait a bit to see if you get the 101001 problem, if you do, try again untill you get a stable connection, sometimes it takes a few tries to get a good connection to the Login Server.
(Note: Be sure to always reboot your computer after working on your database, it always helps me and is beneficial to database connection. You dont have to but it helps me... Just a bit of advice...)
