I play on Scorpious2k all the time and ahve been for months and we've never had access to #scribespells. The server ahs had #zone available to everyone but scorp just announced that we've finally fixed enough zoneline issues that he's getting rid of that command tomorrow, so it is possible to run a legit server with none of these. The merchants sell all the spells you need and you can get to any zone you need, maybe a bit slower but more legitly.
