I know this service is provided free to users and I think it's great -- I say this because I don't want to be seen as whining ungratefuly (as I do to, and about, SOE tech support
).
I was just wondering if anyone had any idea when this issue would be resolved? Unfortunately I tend to panic when confronted by a non-functioning program, so I've deleted my character on my favourite server thinking there might be a limit on the number you're allowed :cry: . Wont make that mistake again.
