Try your modem maker's website?

USB Modems are generally a pain. Is it for DSL/Cable? If it is, I recommend getting an Ethernet Modem if you can. USB Modems are generally a pain with drivers and setup, in general.

The most common problem with USB Modems is the modem just dying (completely resetting - turning off - etc) at certain times. This can screw with your USB port on your computer as well. I'd recommend getting an internal modem or external ethernet modem if your on Cable/DSL. If your on dial-up, go to your local CompUSA and pick up a PCI/ISA 56K Modem.
