Wow am I happy I found out about this site, this is great! I've finally gotten into the world of free MMORPG's, first starting with Lineage 2 yesterday and now I can't wait to get on EQemu! But, I have a problem...
Ok, first off here's how I installed...

I think this was the time I said 'Ugh', and I tried this during maybe the 2nd step but didn't complete it because I was frustrated, here's what I tried; Well, it seemed after letting it install one file every 5 minutes off the cd that I had enough files to start up the updater, where it didn't seem to be updating, it said something along the lines of adding the files that I currently didn't have on my pc, due to the installer not working right. Well, I got everything set up right, but now it says when I try to log on after I put in my name/pass something like "connecting.. please wait".... Well, how long do I have to wait? Is it normally along the lines of four months or is something wrong? I'm gonna go let it stay at that screen for about 10 mins, and hopefully if it hasn't worked and I come back there will be an answer. Please no flames, I'm not a noob to the computing world or any of that, and my pc doesn't suck, I just had a bit of bad luck this time.
