Stonebrunt is now level 85-105; loc should be correct, you should not end up in a loc box when you try to zone in
Also found some spawns I missed, got them the correct level, plz reply with any spawns I have missed, thx!
These changes are from the previous releases:

Lavastorm is level 60-75.
Najena is level 65-80

How to install the database:
run: winmysqladmin, keep it running in backround
run: mysql.exe
type: use eq (or your database name in mysql)
type: source db04.sql
You might get duplicate errors, thats normal
