I've spent the last several days going zone by zone converting bracketed text to saylinks - in both LUA and Perl. I've been considering this for years (and I doubt I'm alone), so figured I'd share.

Notes:
- I'm sure there are bugs/typos, but I hope not a lot. Feel free to PR any fixes
- I didn't convert some quests that I have no intention of using on VA. (Out of era, special events, etc.)
- I did change up the trigger words in some case (removed 'what', other stuff) but functionally they should all be the same.
- I removed the zones I'm not using on VA, so this isn't complete. But it should basically cover everything up through LDoN.
- Some zones have custom (mostly older) versions of some scripts. (PoM, Droga, others)
