Level cap
Hello again got a couple questions about some things as my server is starting to come to my liking. 1. Is there a way to set a level cap until a custom quest I added is complete? And 2. On some notes that you can find in game say for example the note to the guild master you have in your inventory upon making a new character is there a way to edit the message that's on these notes?
