You just need to understand where quest files are located.
In your server directory you should have a sub-directory called quests and below it you will have a bunch of directories titled after zone short names, as well as templates, plugins, items, and spells. The zone directories apply to NPC's as they spawn in that zone, but scripts in templates can be applied to every zone.
Since PoD's exist in many zones you could expect to find his script in the templates directory, or the global_npc.pl script.
NPC scripts will be named the same as the NPC is in the database or with the NPC ID followed by the .pl extension.
