Default Poor client performance

Recently upgraded to a 6800xt, Now when I get on I have to get my cliop plane down to 25% or so or the game is basically unplayable because of the low fps.
Does anybody know any solutions or suggestions to help leviate this issue?

Hey guys, after a lot of trial and error I finally narrowed down the problem.
So for future reference DO NOT ENABLE SMART ACCESS MEMORY for Radeon cards. I'm not sure the exact problem but as soon as I turned this off my FPS jumped really high. And now it is behaving just like it was previously.

That's interesting.. I had a laptop that had a pretty decent Radeon card in it and was baffled as to why it couldn't run EQ.

Wonder if that was the issue.

That SMART ACCESS MEMORY on Radeons is something that was made to integrate with Ryzen processors, (to make better use of the card's memory)

Just wanna point out a similar technology exists for nvidia (BAR) and seems to be working fine.

I'm thinking it has something to do with the processor being allowed to use the full GPU memory bandwith that the game can't handle the extra resources from the GPU and just bogs itself down.
