Default Stuck at final step

I'm trying to set up my own server for LAN use and I have not even touched the page for Mini Log in
I start the start.bat program and press enter but once I get to zone dynamic 5 it just stops adding zones and doing anything, I had some problems setting this all up in the first place, mainly with the player cmd command :(
any advice?

I get no zone available when I try to make a character, and some errors in the world.exe

Also how to make a GM privileged account? I see nothing about it under the wiki.

Look at your world log and see if all of your rules are loading properly. If they aren't, your database version probably doesn't match the version of code you are using (and it needs to). If your rules do all load, you may have another problem possibly with your launcher settings. Make sure that your start.bat and launcher table both have the same launcher name. The PEQ DB launcher name is "zone", but AX uses "zones", which is different from what the wiki says to use for start.bat).

For setting a GM account, you just look in your accounts table and set your account to status 250.
