Quest Combines and the tradeskill column

Does anyone know what number a recipe needs in the tradeskill column, in the tradeskillrecipe table that will work with type 30 (generic / quest) containers?

Does anyone have these working yet? I'm having issues with them creating combine quests as well. I created an item bag type 30 and I get a combinable container and all but when I try to combine the items I get the message like what you would get trying to make cultural armor in a regular forge kinda thing.. Forget exact message but something along the lines of items of this type can't be combined in this container.

If someone does have this working and could give me a single record sql dump of the container (preferrably like a supplies box used in supply quests) and one of the items that would be awesome. If the code is functional now, I'm sure its something simple in either one of the fields in the items or tradeskills db.
