Having a little trouble with the World Spawner

Hey guys, I'm kinda new to this, I pogram C++ and Visual Basic but i never touched any Database stuff. Is there a readme file that explains how to do this step by step? or something that I can learn how to do this off of? I am sure this is all actually easy once when you do it a few times, but like I said I never touched this stuff before, so its kinda like Alien language to me. Any help would be awesome.

If your downloading a complete DB (single file named something like db.sql or db9.sql) then just follow the directions in the eqemu readme and use the new file instead of the one that came with eqemu. If your using my DB, read the readme that came with it. But basically you just run "import eq31" and then put eq31 as your database in db.ini
