Well i don't think this has to do with eqemu or anything of that sort but whenever someone submits a reply on the left side of the message there are little pictures and i think there are 5 of em or so. How do you get them filled up? Please answer

Are you talking about Emoticons aka smilies? They should appear automatically unless you have your browser settings messed up.
