Zone are unavalibale

I come on a server [Legit] Cannon's Fury. I press button Enter World, EQ gives out message "That zone are unavalilable"....
and even at attempt to change a location on a server PEQ_Classic-Velious[legit]----EQ is down.
That I should do to correct these mistakes. Yesterday all work but today I download a patch (unfortunately I do not remember the name, can Shadow of luclin, planes of power, or lost dangeon of norrath any of these)
I do not know what to do!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
