Login server to use

Is the eqemulator.net:5994 server still the one I am supposed to use?

i go to a black screen then it tells me the program needs to be closed... I can play on scorpious 2k but not that for some reason.

i edited my eqhost.txt to read:

[LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5998

it says no server found. Make sure EQHOST exists in the EQ directory

when i converted it back, i was able to login to live. but obviously can't play because i didn't patch

If you patch to Scorpius2k i'm pretty sure it breaks all other servers. Also if you're using the newest client and port 5998, you need to play on 6.1 servers only. Not sure what else i can say?
