At the moment we are replacing existing zones.

Sadly no one has ever tooken the time to implement the ZoneProxy code into the newer versions of Eqemu. I would try myself but I dont have a commercial compiler nor the knowledge to make the changes myself.

If I patch my EQ with the Scorpious patch will it act as a replacement for my normal EQ live patches. What I mean is can I install the scorpious patch and play on my home LAN with it or do I still need to track down a 5-11 patch for that?

i dont even know how the zoneproxy thing works but its probably a waste since we have a quite a few unpopulated zones, we are going for custom instead of live replica so they have no plans to be spawned otherwise

Hmm when i try to connect with the scorpious2k patcher it tells me "connection to server failed" anyone know what i might be doing wrong?
