You may not be aware of this, but Project EQ does more than make databases; we also write quests and make them available for download (periodically) and from CVS (always). If you are interested in contributing quests to the official collection, please stop by our forums at http://www.projecteq.net/phpBB2/index.php or come chat with us in #npcmovdb on IRC.
To make organizing everyone's quest-writing efforts easier, I wrote up a small page that allows people to check-out and submit quests (only PEQ Quest Team members can check-out/submit quests, but anyone can view the list). Take a look at http://www.projecteq.net/quests/
We still need to finish marking all the quests that have already been completed, but once that is done this page will be a good place to look if you're wanting to write quests but aren't sure what is most needed.
So, if you enjoy writing EQLive quests, talk to us about joining the ProjectEQ Quest Team.

ps - An added perk of being an official Quest Team member is that (almost) any database changes you need for your quests can be made in the ProjectEQ database, making your job as quest-writer much easier.
