Everything seems to be working,people can log on, only thing is,cant cast negative spells.

whats with i cant here oocs? OocMute isnt on

What version are you running? Because I don't see it yo.

For problem with castspell, have your a map directory with maps files from sourceforge in your eqemu directory ? that may be a LoS problem.
