I have a machine running 0.6.3-DR1 on FC4 and the computer I'm trying to play the game on is running minilogin. When I put in a user name and password minilogin outputs:
188578 New Server connection: 172.20.5.243 port: 61151
213734 New client from ip: 127.0.0.1 port: 1815
Unknown packet: .4233692 [92.153.64.0:15->0.0.0.0:0]
[OpCode 0x0003 (OP_Unknown) Size=11]

later, output from the FC4 machine is:
ERROR! ID is 0!!!
Is this server connected to minilogin?
Could not find a minilogin account, verify ip address logging into minilogin is the same that is in your account table.
Removing client from ip:172.20.1.253 port:1816
Removing connection
The accounts table of my mysql db reads:

I get to the server select screen, select my server, and then the computer hangs for a short while and I'm put back at the login screen. I'm not sure what I've done wrong. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
