Is there a good 0.7.0 linux server guide?

I am looking to get 0.7.0 up and running on a linux server. I have looked around for a install guide but only find them for older versions of the Emu. Is there a guide floating around that I can follow to get my server up and running fairly painlessly?

Are either of these guides still applicable?
