Reset Abilities

I was wondering if it would be possible to insert a #command that would allow a GM to reset a player's abilities such as Harm Touch or Lay on Hands?

As well as...

+Have the ability 'macro' button appear to be pushed down after the ability has been used.

+Being able to toggle whether or not the ability can reset after the player has died. (under rule_values or perhaps variables)
