Working on a new tool, need help.

I'm currently working on a tool that will allow the viewing of EQ zones in actual 3d.

Anyways, the goal here is to create a 3d interactive app which can be used to place spawns within the zones by flying around with the camera and dropping spawn points. Then the app would be able to update the database with the spawns.

Kaiyodo was my inspiration when I saw that he provided the instructions on importing zones into 3dsmax.

I am hoping Kaiyodo or anyone else can help me out with some zone conversions, a custom max script, and hopefully someone might be able to update the existing tools so that they can support more zones.
