error code 1017 rerun patch

I have rerun eqemu patcher and have the latest eq files..I am trying to log into a local server and everything works up till I try to loginto my server when it gives me the above error..any ideas?

it says in a bunch of the stuff that if VI does an update that it can break eqemu servers sometimes... we probably are the unlucky ones that were silly enough to patch and break things....

So run eqlive patcher, then download and run eqemu patcher. That should take care of the problem, or remove at least one problem.

Very true but also add in there that when you run the live patcher, go to the "advanced" options and make sure "Legacy of Ykesha" is NOT selected. A few have been having problems with those patches and eqemu patcher.
