I have tried as you suggested, but still giving me same crash. I took it even further and took all the files with that character's name in it and moved it out, but same thing...

I'm just confused...

The website that is linked above says that it is fixed, but I am still having an issue. I can log in, see the servers, click on server to log in, but as it is loading, the memory read error pops up...
