Custom NPC spawn

Hi, i am pretty new to making custom scripts, just wondering how to do the following if possible

I would like a npc to shout in zone if another rare pop npc spawns rather the the actual rare...

They are using the peq login server mainly now

You will probably need to add rules to defenders firewall settings to open those ports.
But if you are “offline”, I would just leave defender off

You run the query from heidi, just click on...

You run the query from heidi,
just click on mysql, you will have a query tab in the right main window
paste into there, then run with the play button or press F9

also make sure port is open...

You shouldn't really need to move them at all,...

You shouldn't really need to move them at all, there are symlinks in the server root folder that points to the bin folder for both export and import

Just remember to make the export/import folders...
