Is there a quest function to toggle an npc's bodytype?

I have an npc I want to be bodytype 11 (untargettable) until it receives a signal from another npc, then become targettable.

strange problem this morning

I can log in to the login server. I can even see a complete list of servers. Yet when I click on one then click play....it says "an unknown error has occured trying to connect to this server". at...
