Theres a server called sammies something or another server, I just became a GM on it 2 days ago, and I havent seen it since! Anyone know why? edit, nevermind.

Possible to host a server when...

you're behind a router? I have an extra comp i can run a server on, but I'm on cable and have a router that connects both my comps. I tried it once before but people couldnt connect.

What happened to frozenshadows?

It was a semi-legit server. I took a break from eq and then when i came back, no frozenshadows. I loved that server. anyone know what happened?

Unhappy I miss 1999 eq

It was kinda buggy, and the graphics weren't high-poly alienware kinda stuff but it was a better game. The good 'ol times.

Is it because i'm behind a router? the 6.0 tutorial on how to run a server has a link to what to do if your behind a router but it doesnt work. other people can connect but zones are unavailable,...

1. Why don't NPC's Aggro eachother, used to a guard would attack an orc or whatever, is it just the server?
2. Is there a list of faction ID's.

A Problem, A big one.

I have and can do everything in the server running guide EXCEPT the visual studio. Everything else in the guide up to that ran fine and dandy. Have you seen the pricing on those bastards?

Working towards something..

I'm working towards 5000 dollars. When i get 5000, i'm donating it to EQEmu, so there can be an EQ2Emu. I don't know if i'll get all the cash soon, but i'm gonna work towards it, damnit.

Everquest 2 emulation

Upon it's release I will have full C++ knowledge extending to cracking and building EQ2's Source. Still in C++ may I be, But I have until march! So I will be ready to help if you decide to crack it!
