Found it. There were two different RelWithDebInfo folders - one in Build and one in Build\Bin. The first one kept coming up empty. I'll see what happens later tonight when I'm ready to...

What debug files are you referring to that I should copy, and where should they copy to? Are they EQEmu files from somewhere, extra debug stuff...

The crash_zone_XXXX.log is the same after rebuilding BUILD_ALL with relwithdebinfo. Are you referring to the eqemu_debug_zone_XXXX.log file?
