Challenging solo server?

Does such a server exist? One that is semi legit,mobs that are challenging yet still soloable.Server with no overpowered abilities to level you fast and with working quests?

my ideal server

I would like a server that stays mostly true to EQ live.Except with no exp loss or corpse runs.I've tried the grand creation,and i liked getting critical hits with my sword as a ranger.One feature...
