I'm curious what your method of importing the new character model is.
I've been messing around with 3DSMax and Maya and want to add my own designs.
For player races and NPCs alike.

I was meticulous with following the given instructions using all links provided. I did use the 64 bit version of Perl. I will uninstall and try again with the 32 bit version.

I feel so silly. There were old files left behind from when I uninstalled my Live patched version. I noticed my character files luckily. IT WORKS NOW !!!

edit: working on vista, not the xp...
