Default Server Selection Error-1017 LAN Created- PLEASE HELP

After many hours and massive frustration, I have finally created a LAN server using http://www.eqemulator.org/forums/showthread.php?t=32293 that shows up in the server selection screen. However, when I try to enter it, EQ gives me the "Error 1017- unable to connect you might need to patch/update" message. There is no way that I have connected to the live patch so you can rule that out. I have tried proof-reading/altering my .xml file with no luck...among other things. I finally thought that my work had paid off =( if someone could please provide any insight I'd be eternally grateful. If you require any file information I'd be more than willing to provide. Thankyou, sigh.

Default This is what I have

This is what I have, I am using the titanium client and as far as I can tell it's all correct (passwords also left out). I have added the localhost:5999 to the correct system 32 folder, and modified the registry path file according to the guide. Also I have modified the eqhost.txt correctly. Is there anything else I should try? All my data is listed below.

PS: thankyou VERY much for your guide, I don't think I would have gotten as far as I have without it.

The ip address has to be in your eqemulogin.ini file
Mine is listed above in my last reply

Default Must not be the problem...

OK I added the IP address so now it looks like this. Upon selecting the server I still get the same 1017 connection error =(

Ok, just noticed, on the line where it shows "address'
<!-- <address>192.168.1.100</address> -->
Get rid rid of the comment marks (<!-- and -->)
So it just looks like this;
<address>192.168.1.100</address>

I would suggest trying to change your eqhost.txt
Instead of using host=localhost:5999
try using host=192.168.1.100:5999

Alright! First of all thanks. Made the adjustment and added the patch file. So....Making progress but still same error...different World.exe messages. Here's the readout this time. From my limited knowledge it looks like there's something wrong dealing with the account.sql or worldreg.sql files?? Also, are the Debug messages indicating "did not match" normal?

Wherever your source files are, in the trunk/EQEmuServer/utils/sql/svn folder,
there is sql updates. If your using the DB rev1667, you'll have to source in the 1711 update from that folder (might want to source in every update above 1667 thru to 1750 as well)

by source do you mean go into cmd prompt, then mysql, change database to peq and type source_1711_xxxxx_xxxx.sql for every file?

No, you can use Navicat to source them in to the peq using "execute sql"
