Recipe editor Runtime error

When trying to create brewing recipes using the recipe editor, I receive a run time error. Pops up everytime I create a recipe with "brewing" select as the tradeskill.

System Info:
Vista Ultimate 32bit
Core 2 Duo 2.0
2GB RAM

Tradeskill Recipe Editor 1.0.2
MySQL 5.0.51b community edition
ODBC driver 3.51
