My pvp server's needs some help :D

Ok so im making a pvp server got damage / spells set. that whats to be set. i got pets working good. but the thing i need is like when someone gets kill it will tell the whole world. or some help on Ctrl P it pops up.. but i don't know where i would go to make those command work... and on the DB it says loot coin when you kill a player : don't work... pvp is turned on auto. and i need someone who is good at making quest. to make a quest so where i give them a item they give you points. like back on sullon zek. you used to get coin's. turn them in for pvp points. i tried figureing it out no luck. just message me on aim or here. my aim is john23162316 anytime. please and thank you for the help!!!!
