Default Help an Old Timer....

Hey everyone of the EQemu community,

So the deal is, I cannot change my player models. I go into my eqclient.ini file and change them then save them and every time I enter EQemu it is still classic models. I want them to be luclin for some servers yet they will not change. So if you can, help!

Thanks,

Gorbon

Is your Everquest folder under "Program Files" or some other protected area?

Why mess with eqclient.ini? Does pressing options in the client and changing them from there not work for you?

Servers like Project1999 require certain files that disable Luclin models for you to play on them, so that may be the problem.

Move your Everquest folder *OUT* of Program Files. Whatever changes you are making to the config files are being undone by Windows.
