Default server locked issues

Hey guys. I've had my server up and running for some time now (almost a year) without any issues.

Recently, however, I have wiped my HD and had to start over. I followed the install guide like I did before. When I get to the database section I source in my old database instead of using the new one.

When I start the server up, it shows up in the server screen, however it's locked. I notice that I'm getting a few errors:

1) the world log is giving me this error

Code:
---------------------------------------------
[01.11. - 13:27:38] Starting Log: logs/eqemu_error_world_5668.log
[01.11. - 13:27:38] Could not load EQTime file eqtime.cfg
Now from what I've read around the forums, that shouldn't be a big deal, correct? If I'm wrong, let me know what I need to do in order to fix that pls.

2) in the zone logs, I'm getting this error

Code:
---------------------------------------------
[01.11. - 13:40:05] Starting Log: logs/eqemu_error_zone_6272.log
[01.11. - 13:40:05] Error in GetMaxBaseDataLevel query 'SELECT MAX(level) FROM base_data' #1146: Table 'peq.base_data' doesn't exist
[01.11. - 13:40:05] Error Loading Base Data: EQEmu Exception (SharedDatabase) in ..\..\common\shareddb.cpp at line (1783): Base Data size is zero
So it loks like I'm missing a base_data table from my database? Not sure if that's correct. What's confusing to me is this is the same database that's been working fine. It's a backup of one I used several months back.

That being said, I realize that more than likely the problem is what it usually is: User error. I would much appreciate it if you guys could steer me in the right direction.

also here is a copy of my xml file:

Code:

I'm guessing you're using a dated guide
https://github.com/EQEmu/Server/wiki...s-Server-Setup

Has two more up to date guides. Well, one of them is, the other is being updated ATM :P

Thanks for the response, Demon! I was able to finally get my server up and running. I found and sourced in the base_data table. What's interesting is my server ran fine before I reformatted my HD. I made a backup of my old server before I nuked my machine. Not sure why, when I sourced it back in once I re installed, that it wouldn't run. Evidently it was looking for that table which wasn't necessary before. I'm guessing it had to do with an updated version of the whole process.

Anyway, thanks a bunch for the help.
