Hyper speed

Hiya all i dont know if this is right area to post this but here gose

trying to play on my new rig but when i load up game its all hyper speed

i tryed to set to one core with no luck

heres my specs

AMD FX 8 care 4.2ghz

AMD Radeon 270x 4GB

32Gb ram

im looking on net etc but all other post seem out dated with broken links
