Not quite the answer to your question, but there is a spell called 'Touch of Vinitras':

Which decreases your HP by 20000, so has a similar effect. The SpellID is 2859.

Thanks, thats good to know, but not what I was looking for. I have used this spell before, just forgot the number.

when you cast it, it shouts the person's name:

/shout JEZEBELL!

like that, and kills the target, it is just like Death Touch.
