Default Populating the server

I can't figure out or find out how to populate the zones on my localhost server. I'm using Lurker's latest database. Even using the #repop command nothing will spawn. Any help is appreciated.

Did you put the same DB name in db.ini as what you used when running import {database}?

When you enter a zone if it has spawns, they will spawn automatically. Not all zones are populated, but I think all the ones you start in should be...

What zones are empty? Try freportw. Did you have any errors when importing the DB?
